It is a beautiful time of year, with above average warm days and yet some very cool night (especially when someone leaves the swamp cooler on). The lighting is so warm and there is nothing better then having clean windows to brighten up your home. Right around August 1st I feel a change. It feels different in the mornings, and even though we are smack dab in the middle of summer, it feels like late summer and sometimes in the early mornings and early evenings a hint, just a hint of autumn glances upon me. The temperatures are hot, as to be expected in August, but there is still a coolness that is different from July and a warming of the colors. Our phones are down, technical difficulties and according to Comcast they should be back up by 1:55 pm. That kind of stuff happens, but why oh why would Comcast have a message saying "this phone number is not in service"???? That makes us look out of business. How about "Your call cannot be completed at this time" or "Comcast is having technical difficulties and your call cannot be completed at this time".  Sorry if you have tried to call and cannot get through, hopefully the phones will be up and running in the next hour. What a beautiful spring it is turning out to be. The blossoms lasted what seems like longer than normal. The grass is greening up nicely and all the exciting spring events are upon us. Mother's Day gatherings, graduation parties, weddings. Many of these events take place in our homes and a lot of preparation goes into making our homes beautiful for these events.
