Our phones are down, technical difficulties and according to Comcast they should be back up by 1:55 pm. That kind of stuff happens, but why oh why would Comcast have a message saying "this phone number is not in service"???? That makes us look out of business. How about "Your call cannot be completed at this time" or "Comcast is having technical difficulties and your call cannot be completed at this time".
Sorry if you have tried to call and cannot get through, hopefully the phones will be up and running in the next hour. Thanks Comcast!!
