The colors are changing as summer peaks
Every year I am surprised by how early summer seems to peak in color and turn to that warmer green that comes as autumn nears. I don't know why I am always surprised because it happens every year right as August comes. The bright greens turn to warm greens and with the rain we have had lately it is all extra beautiful. The rains do bring a need for gutter cleaning which if you haven't had your gutters cleaned in awhile can be a real problem for your home if you don't take care of it. When your full gutters overflow they can pour into window wells and flood basements. Also the water can back up into the eaves of your home leaking into your attic and walls. The water can also overflow and soak your foundation causing leaking. As easy as it is to neglect the cleaning of gutters, it is a pretty inexpensive part of maintaining your home, which you might not appreciate until you have a problem. With these summer storms, it is a good time to clean them out. Give us a call and we will dig the debris out by hand, bag it up, haul it off and then flush out your gutters and snake out the downspouts if necessary, we can tell once we are up there.
